2019 MOVEABLE FEAST
At the Winchester DPW, 15 Lake Street
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5th, 11:30 -1:00
The Moveable Feast is one of our finest traditions. We are able to thank
our outstanding Town Employees and enjoy the company of fellow League members.
We need volunteers to set up, to greet, to serve lunch in two shifts.
(And yes, we will need some to tidy up at the end of the event.)
Can you help out?
If you can volunteer, please let us know by Tuesday 12/3
your preference or "just where needed".
11:00 – 11:30 Set-up - 3-4 volunteers or more
11:30 Greeter 1-2 volunteers maybe two or three teams over the time span
11:30 Early Servers - 3-4 volunteers
12:15 - 1:00 Later Servers - 3-4 volunteers
1:00 - Clean-up - The more the faster!
